    unable to connect to the database

    Hi
    While trying to connect to the database(TC) I got this error
    SQL> conn sys/orcl@TC as sysdba
    ERROR:
    ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
    Can any please help me

    your tnsnames file is wrong
