I downloaded Oracle 10g R2 (10.2.0.1) Linux 64 bit.
I want to download the patch (10.2.0.3) on metalink but
I found two linux patch there:
>10.2.0.3 Linux intel (64-bit) and
>10.2.0.3 Linux x86-64 (AMD64/EM64T)
which of the two is the right patch?
Or did I find the wrong search?

As to the second question: The otn.oracle.com 64-bit Linux download is chipset agnostic as I know it installs and works on both Intel-64 and AMD64/EM64T. I recommend patching up to 10.2.0.3.
So your giant sized SGA breaks, and you suggest that people not upgrade to 10.2.0.4. Now that its out on Solaris, it seems to work in my environment. Is there something else that I should be looking at.
