DB Carshing almost everyday
Hi,
These are the errors i'm getting. Oracle Version is 10.2.0.3.0.
Almost everyday i'm getting this error and DB is crashing.
Any idea how to solve this issue, not much relevant info in metalink.

Unable to schedule a MMON slave at: Auto Flush Main 1
Attempt to create slave process failed.
Can happen for several reasons:
- No process state objects
- Reached OS set limits
- A shutdown was going on
Check alert log for more details.

have you raised an SR with oracle?
-
Nope, thought may be getting the naswer soon if somebody faced similar issues here. I've checked process value it's 250 so according to metalink it's not the issue.

I'd consider double checking my kernel parameters and making sure my sga_max_size is set to a reasonable value.

Hi
Akas do you have solved this problem? If yes what settings have you changed?
-
May be you need to apply the patch 5010657.
What's your OS release?
