Installtion procedure/step for oracle 9i on Linux

Nebody having the complete oracle9i (rel2) Installtion step Including SHMMAX (shemafor) parameter setting kernal setting on RHEL4.

I.m looking for patch no oracle patch set p3119415_9204_LINUX.zip (6,432 bytes)
-p30952577_9204_LINUX.zip (334,064,449 bytes)
As i'm trying to Install oracle 9.2.0.1 on Linux rhel3

Where could i found that
I dnt have metalink Account
