parallel process
I have server on which oracle 10g single instance running. It has got 4 processors available, but while monitoring only 1 processor fully utilised and the rest 3 is used very less. How to enable all the 4 processors to be evenly utilised and increase the performance ? The OS is win2k.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

By enabling parallel process will sort out this issue?
-
maybe, but parallel processing isnt necesarilly a good thing
-
parallel process wont start using different CPU's necessarily.. single CPU can handle multiple threads..
