Error During OWB repository creation

Hi,
I am trying to create OWB repository USER and OWNER, during the creation i am getting error "java.sql.SQLException: No more data to read from socket":
Here is the detailed error log:
oracle.wh.ui.install.assistant.wizards.AssistantWizardDefinition$1.runTask(AssistantWizardDefinition .java:461): java.lang.Exception: Exception occured in 'processSQLDBAToken'(../../rtasst/platform_system_rights.sql): java.sql.SQLException: No more data to read from socket

I am Using Oracle 10g version 10.2.0.1.0
OWB version 10.2.0.1.31

We are using Windows Server 2003.

We are not receiving any error while Oracle DB creation and OWB installation.
