Could the default maximum password length be changed ???

    Hi,

A very basic question...I understand that the default maximum password length in Oracle 8i is 30 characters.

Is it possible to change this database default ?? I would like it to be 128 characters. Is this possible ?

    Thanks alot.

There is no default password length, there only is a maximum length which is 30 characters.
