oraenv/dbhome/sqlplus errors

I wish i knew; /home/oracle/oraenv exists when i logout & relogin to the box, but after the 1st attempt to use . oraenv, it just disappears into thin air...

Take a look @ the following:

I wish i knew. When i logout out of the box & relog in, oraenv exists, but just for the 1st trial; after that, it just disappears into thin air...
