    There is a well known process to fix your problem.

    You can access here a nicely worded step-by-step version of it:

    Hi

    Do you have space on D drive ?

    You can try increasing the size of the undo tablepsace no ?

    whats the size of this file ?

    D:\ORACLE\ORADATA\OPAPRD\UNDOTBS02.DBF

    do you need to have
    undo_retention = 10800

    Your alert logs says the database is already open

    Completed: alter database open

    whats the content of
    d:\oracle\admin\opaprd\bdump\opaprd_pmon_132.trc
