Is there any way user can see a procedure

Hi, If A is schema owner, how can user B see procedures created by A.
By giving execute permission on procedure to user B, user can see it.

Is there any other way just with read privilege a user can see other users procedures and triggers.

I think there is a role select_catalog_role - you can see all objects, but you can't execute
