Archive log rejected (thread 1 sequence 102) by RFS clients

Hi,

I've setup primary & standby database for the Asynchronous Autolog ONLINE Mode.

I've configured both the databases accordingly but when I'm trying to alter switch logfile from the primary DB to capture the changes made here into the change tables in the standby DB, the Alert_log file of standby DB showing this error:

I am not expert in standby but i googled the error and found foll

Check if changes made in primary are transfered to standby.
