Change Time Zone

Hi

The problem began when i change the time, time zone over production server.

After of this, the enterprise manager didnt work. The agent and dbconsole didnt work. i read the logs, and tell that the problem is that the server time zone is different of database time zone. i ran emctl resetTZ agent and say:

The agentTZRegion in:
/oracle/prod/product/10.2.0/Db_1/bhspdbs00_PROD/sysman/config/emd.properties
is not in agreement with what the agent thinks it should be.
Fix your environment.
Pick a TZ value that corresponds to time zone settings listed in:
/oracle/prod/product/10.2.0/Db_1/sysman/admin/supportedtzs.lst

After i run the select

SELECT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, LOCALTIMESTAMP, SYSTIMESTAMP FROM dual;

Current_timestamp 03-ENE-08 11.25.07.554274 AM -03:00
localtimestamp 03-ENE-08 11.25.07.554274 AM
systimestamp 03-ENE-08 12.25.07.554256 PM -02:00

Yes, I do, but i dont know why the EM dont work after the change Time zone.
How can i change the Time Zone over database???
