    Linux shell scripting

    hi guys,
    which book u all prefer to learn linux shell scripting from the scratch for a oracle dba.
    need suggestion from uall.

    Find a book that looks interesting, and has good examples. And then write scripts using those examples. Of course you need to know which shell you are working with. I use bash when possible. There is also zsh and ksh. But for Linux you might want to stick to bash.
