    Recovery of control files and datafile

    hi all
    I have lost my all control files along with datafile.I am using rman(with recovery catalog) with controlfile autobackup on. I have all the backups and archived logs.could you please let me know how to recover from this?
    I am using Oracle9i release 2

    ask your dba for help, recovery isnt something you should be doing on your own

    Hello,

    I'm not an expert but did you try and recover them using RMAN and the content of the recovery catalog? You could execute a script in RMAN... am not sure that is the best way though.
