how to get current org_id in value set?

    I created a value-set based on a field of a table.
I want to add (in the Where/Order By zone) the condition:
    where current value's org_id equals the current responsibility's org_id
(so that only relevent values for the current responsibility would appear in the value set)

I tried the following code in the value set declaration:
    (Where/order by) curr_column.org_id = :$Profiles$.org_id
    This code returns error.
