    I am using developer6.
    I am trying to generate a txt file from oracle report.
    the problem is the txt file is messed up...how can I get
    a clean txt file that only contains the data??????

    hi

    u have to set the report as CHARACTER...go to the system parameters and check for MODE...i think it looks like the MODE is default..change that to CHARACTER...

    nop, didn't work...I've changed the MOD to character in
    the system parameter...but I go the same thing...any idea!!!!
