Oracle View showing XMLType Column tags as rows

Hi!,
Does anyone know how to create a View in Oracle that shows the tags that belong to a Table's XMLType column, as rows in the View?

To elaborate the question, I have the entire content of an XML document in a Table's XMLType column and I would like the View to show this XML as rows in the View.
