Ora-12520

Hi Friends,

I got ora-12520 when i connect from client using shared server connect
to my database. How do I know if my database has correct shared server
configured?

I already followed the instruction setting up the shared server dear (enable dispacthers) , but I still can not connect using the shared server option from the client tnsnames.ora.
