Angry Error using DBCA to create template

    Oracle verion 9i, Linux server
I receive the following error when I attempt to create a template from an existing database (structure as well as data):
java.util.zip.ZipException: ZIP file must have at least one entry

Anyone run into this issue before? I cannot find anything on the web.
