Thread: Installing Oracle 8i on Solaris

    Hi,

    As I am doing some testing, I would like to automate installing Oracle8i Enterprise Server version on Solaris 8.

    My idea is to run some shell scripts to install 8i. Does anyone know the command line with the parameters ? I do not want to use GUI as I want the installation to be without any manual interventions..

    Check for Silent mode for installation.
