    Hi

Use DBCA the GUI tool to guide you through the steps to create the database you want

Just type dbca at the command prompt and follow the wizard

    In windows:
    Start > Programs > Oracle - home_name > Configuration and Migration Tools >
    Database Configuration Assistant
    In Unix:
    $ORACLE_HOME/bin/dbca

DBCA gives you the advantages of modelling your new DB after another by creating a template, or using a pre-existing template, or just creating your own db through a menu-driven experience.
