    IMP failed with IMP:00003 ORA-44403 ???

I'm trying to imp one schema from production to dev. Both are on 9.20.8 and solaris. I am getting the following msg. Metalink doesn;t have any such errors.. Have anyone encountered the following error and know what could be causing the error ??

Export file created by EXPORT:V09.02.00 via conventional path
import done in US7ASCII character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
. importing ARBOR's objects into ARBOR
    . . importing table "ABI_INVOICE" 0 rows imported
    . . importing table "ABI_RECORD_MAP" 0 rows imported
    IMP-00003: ORACLE error 44403 encountered
    ORA-44403: Message 44403 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA
    Import terminated successfully with warnings.

Support davey23uk and bhattnirav. It is one or the other.

Have you recently upgraded your development database?
