Offline Database Copy
I need to create a copy of a live database that is maintained with updates from the live database (albeit sometime behind time - even upto 24 hours).
What options are available to me to do this ?
I've looked at LogMiner a few years ago, and there were some issues with it relating to long columns and rolled back transactions.
Is LogMiner the best approach or is there a better method.
Naturally the solution has to have little or no performance impact on the live database
The database is 9i not 10g

It all depends of the use of your secondary database.
Is it a Disaster Recovery resource?
What are you planning to do there?
