    Question

    Does anybody have experience of how an Oracle 8.0.6 EE for NT installation works on a Windows2000 Platform? Such a version of the Db Server exists only for NT but I would like to install it on a Win2000 platform because ohter Application SW I need to use togheter with Oracle is released only for Win2000.
    Anybody can help me?

    Maybe it works, but with any problem you could get you will no be supported by anyone, becasue for W2K you can only install 8.1.6 and/or 8.1.7.
    Better ask if the application works with 8.1.7, or test it.
