While Export one of our DB I've got the error

trying to Export one of our database I've got the following error:

EXP-00056: ORACLE error 6550 encountered
ORA-06550: line 1, column 41:
PLS-00302: component 'SET_NO_OUTLINES' must be
declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 15:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

The Database Version is "10.1.0.3.0 and it is on Linux
OS",
but am trying to export using the "export utility
Release 10.2.0.1.0"(which is on my local machine
Windows OS)
Is the problem might be the version change related, if
it is true, if I want to download the 10.1.0.3.0
export utility from where can I download it.
