10gDBConsole Service Creation on Windows

I've installed Oracle 10g(10.2) "only Software" on
Windows OS, later I've created the DB using the DB Creation
Script.
But there is no "Oracle DB Console service creation"
For this I've searched in Google some body is saying
that execute the following one
ORACLE_HOME\BIN\emca.bat, but I've tried with this,
but there is no result.

So, please guide me to do what...?

ran C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\Db_1\bin\emca.bat with parameter -r.
u should Provid
Listener port number to be 1521
Database SID
Service name
Email address and gateway to be some junk
same password for dbsnmp, sysman, and sys.
