    tablespace

    pls if i my logged on as user 'SYSTEM' how do i know which tablespace i am using.

    You mean, what would your default tablespace be? In that case you'd want to look at the default_tablespace column in DBA_USERS.

    P.S. Don't create user objects in the SYSTEM tablespace....
