guidance needed
Hi,
I have worked as an sql analyst for a short while, and am learning pl/sql to upgrade myself.
1> To start as a pl/sql developer do I also need to learn forms and reports as well or is it sufficient of get hold of programming concepts first?
2>Would be glad to know the pl/sql content that I should familiarise myself with (for interviews), since I am only dependent on black books and refernce books available in market.
Thanks.
NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.

yes. actually, if you are a master of sql, it would be quite easier for you to understand the rest, especially reports. i believe that a good report starts with a very good sql statement.
goodluck with that!!!

Before you start thinking about Forms and Reports, you should get a firm understanding for how PL/SQL works. Without knowing how PL/SQL passes data into and out of procedures\functions, knowing Forms and Reports would be pretty irrelevant.
Assistance is Futile...
