    Smile Windows Server Permissions

    I was wondering if anyone could tell me when I would need Local Administrator privileges to administer Oracle in a Windows 2000/2003 environment? I am working with Data Guard, Grid Control, Enterprise Manager, Oracle 8i, 9i and 10g.
