kstwlb: SGA is no longer mapped

I am unable to start my 10.1.0.5 database. The alert log shows only the following:

    Sun May 27 14:30:35 2007
Adjusting the default value of parameter parallel_max_servers
    Sun May 27 14:32:11 2007
Adjusting the default value of parameter parallel_max_servers

When I look at the trace file generated in udump, I see the following:

Redo thread mounted by this instance: 0
    Oracle process number: 0
    25688

kstwlb: SGA is no longer mapped

Nothing was changed. This database has been running fine for over a year. I didn't set the parallel_max_servers in spfile. Don't know why it is talking about that.

    Any ideas? Thanks.
