oracle db 11g

Hi Friends,

I heard that there is already Oracle DB 11g, is it available for download yet?
I can not find it on the oracle download website though
I was asking this because I read in the docs of APEX 3.0 that it gonna use
embedded PL/SQL gateway over HTTP server and mod_plsql.
And only 11g db has it? or can I configure "embedded PL/SQL gateway"
on 10g too?

1) There is rummor that 11g will be here somewhere in september. There is beta currently but it's still not available for download
2) About Mod_PL/SQL, sure 10g uses it as well. The entire APEX is written in PL/SQL using Mod_plsql in the commersial versions of Oracle. In Oracle xpress there is a bit different architecture since it does not uses apache and mod_plsql, but the tnslistener instead
