im upgrading 11.5.10.2 file system.i got an error as foolllows:

Upgrade File Check

RW-10006: Error: - Database ORACLE_HOME environment file has uninstantiated variables:
File = /u01/app/orugrade/ugradedb/9.2.0/ugrade_ocsun205.env TNSNames SQL*Net file passes instantiated variables test:
File = /u01/app/orugrade/ugradedb/9.2.0/network/admin/ugrade_ocsun205/tnsnames.ora
RW-10006: Error: - APPL_TOP environment file has uninstantiated variables:
File = /u01/app/apugrade/ugradeappl/ugrade_ocsun205.env ADOVARS environment file passes instantiated variables test:
File = /u01/app/apugrade/ugradeappl/admin/adovars.env
APPSCONFIG passes instantiated variables test:
File = /u01/app/apugrade/ugradeappl/admin/adconfig.txt
