    Migrating from 8.1.7 to 9i

    Hi. I plan to migrate from 8i to 9i on Solaris.
    I have read many migration guides and all seem to be slightly different. Which technote or process document would you recommend? or should I use the GUI?

    Why take the time to test on 9.2 when it's going away very shortly? You're making work for work's sake.

    If you have to test anyway, go to 10gR2.
