Converting Oracle Apps from 32 bit to 64 bit

Hi, We have Oracle Apps 11i CU2 and its database running on Solaris 8 64-bit. But, Oracle is on 32-bit.
We want to convert the Oracle Apps and the database to 64-bit. What is the effort involved? Is there any document that is out there that I can use for reference?
    Thanks,
    Kishore

I can't speak for the Apps part, so hopefully someone else will chip in here, but for the database part, we used:

    62290.1
    209766.1

    Thanks waitj.
I got them for the metalink and seems to be a straight forward approach for Database.
Can anyone please advise on the Oracle Apps 11.5.10.2 part?
    Thanks,
