    blockrecover command in RMAN 10g

    Hi all,
I'm just curious if anyone in this forum have used the BLOCKRECOVER command in RMAN to recover a corrupted block, can you please share your experience, how safe is it to issue this command? Also I'm running 10g Std Edition on Linux, can I still use this command (I heard this is an Ent Edition feature). Thanks all!!

Block recovery is an Enterprise edition feature.
