data dictionary in system tablespace and in dictionary cache
Data dictionay holds information about all tables and views of database.
Then, what is the difference between "dictinary cache/rowcache" contents and "data dictinary" in system tablespace??

Not sure about your reference to system tablespace.
Data Dictionary is a collection of tables.
Dictionary Cache/Row Cache is a "cache" sitting in SGA...
Does it rings a bell about the difference in between them?
RTFM ;-)
