apply time zone files patching failed

DBAs,

When I patched p4689959_10201_LINUX.zip against a 10.2.01 on linux ,
got the following error:
The steps i DID IS:
1. Use p5601428_10201_GENERIC.zip to get the utltzuv2.sql
2. found i have to run prepare_zu10.sql
3. shutdown all the databases
4. patched the 4689959
then got this error

We use the following java

But the zip file I used is p4689959_10201_LINUX.zip.
It is fro 19.2.01 for linux. This box is linus.

you have 64 bit linux

Thanks please advise where to find the right 64 bit for linux.
in the patch download for 4689959, only the liunxx86 can choose.
no choice for 64 or 32 bit choice.
