    Take this table

    I NEED CONVERT THIS TABLE TO THIRD NORMAL FORM!!!

    Invoice(InvoiceNum, CustomerNum, LastName, FirstName, Street, City, State, Zip, Date, (PartNum, Description, Price, NumShipped) )
