Database migration - 10.1 (Western CS ) to 10.2 (unicode)

OS: Windows 2003 server connected to SAN

Please suggest the best way to migrate

Quest 1

10.1 db with Western character set. on Windows 2003
to
10.2 db with unicode character set. on Windows 2003 (connected to SAN)

The scenario is to move about 10 databases on D drive on individual servers to 10 databases on 1 big server on different drives.

Quest 2

Can we do full expdp from old env. (ex. location D:/oradata/db) to full impdp new env. (e.x. F:/oradata/db)
if yes, do we need to create all tablespaces on in new location, how do we handle system, sysuax, undo tablespaces.

If thats not going to work, do we have to do it schema by schem impdp.

Can we use EXCLUDE=SYS EXCLUDE=SYSTEM schemas

Or we have just have to run impdp with REMAP_DATAFILE for all tablespaces
