    you can download the installer dear...and install oracle 9i and the database
    is auto created

    hahahhahaa, you are right.

    perhaps he wants to know the scripting procedure, like "CREATE DATABASE xx" and so forth. You should check a little bit more the documentation, it isnt really a big issue, you do it yourself, you will feel great, trust me.
