    Hi All,
    I am having an error whenever I try logging in on Enterprise Manager. The error is:
    VOD-01413: Failed to listen for incoming Connection requests.
    The problem showed up when I tried unsuccessfully to create a job. I will also like some help with the steps in creating jobs.

    OEM 1.2 is very old. I suggest you upgrade to at least 2.0...
