But i checked services, the listener services is running.
I thought since the listener services are running, implies that listener is running.
I dunno whether i'm right or wrong.

Yup, I know something is wrong with the listener... either it's not running or some other problem with it... I just dunno the exact reason and how to fix it.
I've already posted all my tnsnames.ora and listener.ora file....just confused what next to do. feeling frustrated

Help me plzz guyz...I'm so frustrated and depressed
OR Is it that you are not getting my problem properly?
-
Well, sorry to say that, but what about reading a bit the documentation and some articles and books instead of just waiting someone to solve your problem? Obviously you are completely unable to diagnose any networking issue, due to absolute lack of knowledge how the Oracle networking operates. The neworking is relatively simple part and I belive that within 2 days one could learn it from scrach.
The forum could give you a hint, could even solve your problem IF you are able to provide adequate information, but don't expect someone, sitting thousands miles away from your environment to take his christal ball and tell you what exactly is wrong with your system

Your listener name is
LISTENER_TGVIRTUALTWO
LISTENER_TGVIRTUALONE
So, to know the status, type
lsnrctl status LISTENER_TGVIRTUALONE
lsnrctl status LISTENER_TGVIRTUALTWO
