what does "loggoff by cleanup" mean?

Hi, I am trying to audit the user activity. Most uses from our ERP show "Loggoff by cleanup" when disconnecting instead of "loggoff". On database there is an event called "loggoff" but not "loggoff by cleanup". How can i catch up the "loggoff by cleanup" when needed?

Where exactly are you checking your audits? Is it at database level (In some table?) or at ERP level?
