where is command.exe (srvmgl) reside
Dear All:
Please can u show me where is reside the srvmgl.exe file to run it I can't find it in the 9i oracle version.

yes my self i have window2003 server and oracle 9i i have checked out ib BIN directory I can't find it at all dear please lety me know that .

Lesson I know svrmgrl always in the BIN directory all version in oracle I have just found dgmgrl.exe. Just let me know its cause my installation problems or what. Don’t be over smart here I have just notice here that I could not run svrmgl.exe in oracle 9i that its, you take it weak point of a man ? I think u r from India all Indians nature are same once again u show that here ok.

I dont understood why you were still asking where is svrmgrl.exe when I have already told you since beginning that it is obsolete!
Not being smart huh, purely language problems, and that is why I asked if you know what does OBSOLETE mean.

Hi Samad,
svrngrl utility does not exist in oracle 9i.It is of no use looking for it in bin directory or anywhere. You do all the things from sqlplus what you used to do in svrmgrl
