Dear all:
Actually its my mistake sensitively I told that because OBSOLETE meant (out of date) as a simply Mr. Pando can say that its no longer exist in oracle 9i that all right or wrong. now tell me who has language problems there..???

svrmgrl obsolete(not present) in oracle9i.
Samad, if you need to restart and shutdown the database and your trying to find svrmgrl, you can do that using sqlplus oracle9i onwards.
