Capture DB Information

Hellow All,

I am not a dba but I want to know:

There's a few items:
1) User / process limits (concurrent users); don't want to run out
2) Sql analysis; make sure were using optimal sql.
3) Tablespace I/O and growth during the test
4) Memory utilization and buffer sizing (e.g. DB_CACHE_SIZE)
5) Transaction volume and response times

What is the the best way to get these indivisual responses. Thanks in advance.
