    slow peroformance

    my application is running is very slow, i have anyalysed the main tables and checking the statistics in user_tables, i have got chain_cnt as nil , what else do i need to check on this veiw and what do i need to work around.
    i am also trying to use explain plan command, here can't i do i for the complete user or do i need to go for each sql statement.

    To start with run a STATSPACK report to get an overview of what extacly is proble. Read the docs below..

    Explain Plan is for sql statement.
