sqlplus question

I have fields of datatype long, long Raw and blob.Can u tell me how to read this fields.Assume the field is attachments.

I guess what ravi is asking goes in the same line with my earlier question. I guess he is asking how to read long into a variable. Not just to display in sql*Plus. Am i right ravi ?
