Rapid Wizard on Windows 2000 does not start

Hi all,
I have copied Red CD on the stage directory C:\stage11i\redcd\disk1 and issued the following command to start the Oracle Application Installation:

C:\stage11i\redcd\disk1\rapidwiz>rapidwiz.cmd
The prompt returns back to command prompt:

C:\stage11i\redcd\disk1\rapidwiz>start .\bin\launch.exe . RapidWiz.cl
C:\stage11i\redcd\disk1\rapidwiz>

and the window of Oracle Universal Installer is not displayed.

I try from Oracle user and from Administrator user also.

Please help me, is there any prior configuration that should be applied?
