Looking for a Unix terminal emulator

Our shop here is a 100% Windows site. My own Oracle servers are Win 2k servers, but I now have to maintain some off-site DBs on Unix boxes. Is there are 'free' software I can run to allow me to emulate sitting at a Unix box?

It has to run on Windows, and it would be better if I can download it immediately for free!

Cygwin works well. If Cygwin is in your path you can run some basic unix commands from a dos shell, like grep and find.
